Ordered this personalised frame as a gift for a family member. Ordered the item on a Wednesday, and it arrived less than 24 hours later, on the Thursday. I was absolutely thrilled with the quality and the look of the frame- the writing is beautifully done and the frame is of good quality. I was initially a tiny bit disappointed because there was a very tiny scratch on the front of the frame near the writing (as detailed in picture 5). I would not normally complain and if this had been for myself I would have accepted the product gladly as it isn’t very noticeable. But as this is a gift for someone who has done a lot for us just before our wedding we wanted it to be perfect. I emailed the seller directly to ask if I could return it for a replacement. 2 hours later I got a lovely email from the seller apologising for any inconvenience and promising me a replacement. I was extremely pleased with their attentive and excellent service. I was so happy with the frame overall and will be purchasing two more - one for the mother of the groom and for my bridesmaid as gifts.Please excuse the quality of my photos- I don’t feel like they do the frame justice at all- it is better in real life! It’s just hard to take pictures of shiny things without getting your own reflection in them!
