I’ve been using BRU Gold for last 2 months as my morning coffee. It’s not bad, but it’s not great either. Just average. What I liked: • Aroma is decent when you open the jar, rich and intense for first 2-3 seconds • Dissolves quickly, smooth and not too bitter • Easy to find everywhere and sachets are cheap What I didn’t like: • Taste is flat after a while. It’s mostly Robusta, so it feels strong but lacks that premium cafe-like depth. • Aftertaste is a bit burnt/bitter if you make it strong. • For the price they charge for the Gold label, it feels like regular BRU in a premium jar. Overall, BRU Gold is a, convenient instant coffee. Good for a quick caffeine kick when you are sleepy, but not something I would call a premium experience.
