Absolutely excellent flour! I bake sourdough. Since using this flour my bread is stunning and consistent. Anazing chew, great oven spring and Rise, crust is gorgeous, always consistent. My sourdough bagels have been almost otherworldly since using. Flour is extremely important, choose this one!

I have bought this bread flour twice now it is top quality. I can’t recommend it enough for Pizza for bread. It’s high gluten is awesome for any kind of baking needs that you have would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great versatile bread flower.

stay away from GMO
make your bread with this special flour I think its the best for bread if you like high protein and use twice the normal amount of good pink sea salt it make bread taste fabulous. If you can't taste a hint of salt, then you don't have enough in it just my opinion.

Excellent Flour for any Wheat bread
This is a very good flour for the white bread backing. I also add some when I bake a rye bread. The flour rises well since has high gluten content. I order this flour second time, and plan to purchase it in the future. The flour was packed well and delivered with care.

Superior bread flour
This is by far my favorite bread flour. my bread has a superior chew and texture and tastes delicious. I make artisan bread every week and find the resulting product with Sir Lancelot flour extremely good. The cost is a bit more than others perhaps, but it's worth it. Go for it! It's easy bake bread with, protein content is good, and gluten percentage perfect. Happy baking
