Great
Does a great job, well worth the money. Has a replaceable pin. Well constructed. Only downside, AC required. But I have not seen an etching tool which is battery powered

Always keep track of your tools
Very loud to use if you live in an apartment as I do. Works very good. I use to mark all my tools, power and hand. A lot of us on a construction site use the same make of tools. Very easy to mix up.

Engraving pen
It works for engraving. But not very precise.

Not safe to use
Blew on the first letter - while writing on plastic. Tripped my lights, had a blue flame coming out. Not safe.

Easy to use for a crafter. It’s louder than I anticipated but certainly not too loud to injure your ears in any way. Holds like a pen.
