Nature Made Turmeric Curcumin 500 mg, Herbal Supplements, 120 Capsules

This is good for a lot of different ills. I personally take it for pain. It doesn’t take it away, however it does take the edge off.

I take for several reasons. Hard to say if it works, but I think they do help my health.

I purchased these for myself. The pills are a perfect size and they give me the added vitamins as far as cumin and turmeric that I need on a daily basis. I will continue to buy them.

I like it. It works and better with nkack pepper. I do Not use it daily though

Heads up though: this version doesn’t include black pepper extract (which helps with absorption), so if that’s important to you, you might want to take it with food that includes healthy fats or pair it with something like pepper in your diet. For me, it still seems to be working just fine, so I haven’t felt the need to switch. Overall, it’s not a magic fix, but it’s been helpful. I’ll definitely keep it in my supplement lineup.

Bought these from the US online, however, since then they have received bad reviews on YouTube, so will be buying a different brand that is more bona fide. NATURE MADE products have gone downhill.
