Recommended to me by a Nurse. This helps to reduce the bruising.Dog knocked me out of the door in excitement. I hit a step and the screen door. I had bruising all down one leg and both arms, so dark it was almost black. I used the Arnica twice a day. Put it on and rub a bit, not all the way into the skin, let it dry. On the 2nd day; I could see the marks start to lighten and each day it got lighter.The smell is soft and it goes away as soon as it is dry.

This is our second jar. The first one was more of a cream this one is more of a gel which I think I like better. A very good product.

Arnica gel REALLY works to aid in getting rid of large bruised areas on your face. It was recommended by my periodontist after oral surgery which resulted with lots of bruising. Highly recommend the gel ...not the gum surgery!

Disappointed this, I was hopeful that this would help decrease my bruising from my blood thinner that I’m on. I get bruises without even knowing how I got bruises. I apply as soon as I notice the bruise, but does that seem to do anything to diminish or resolve the bruises any quicker. Very thin does that rub in easily. Was a waste of money for me?
