My brother recommended these. For the price, you can’t go wrong. Effective for heavy lifting, especially if you have poor circulation. Only side effects i’ve noticed are water retention and bloating. It’s better than using nothing at all. No weird aftertaste. Ingredients are pretty basic. I didn’t notice a major energy spike like taking a pre-workout, but overall these are a decent value; they’re more of an endurance supplement than anything else.

I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks and honestly didn’t expect much at first, but it surprised me. I’ve noticed better pumps at the gym and I don’t feel as tired during my workouts. It’s not anything crazy, but it does make a difference when you use it consistently. The capsules are easy to take and I haven’t had any issues with side effects. For the price, I think it’s definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a simple nitric oxide supplement.
