Love this chopper. I have another one, actually 3 other ones, but they are going to Goodwill. We have been married for 60+ years. He loves salad. I do not like to make salad. I bought this, after all these years, and we have had salad almost every day. So easy! I make it all in the container. So many kinds of veggies. It takes minutes, and I am done until dinner, when I add the tomatoes, croutons and grab the dressing, which I have time to make. I learned early that this has very sharp blades and must be handled and washed with care. It's worth it! I'm really happy I made this purchase.

I’ve only ever used this a handful of times, and only one setting. But this has been such a wonder buy! Functional, easy to use, helpful in so many quick and safe ways for multiple kitchen needs! So far seems good and steady

This works well enough that I repurchased it after my first one became unusable due to severe warping after being washed in my dishwasher on the top rack and without heated drying. Lesson learned but overall a nice chopper.

I was ready to make the meal of my wifes dreams, a stir fry to end all stir fries had even purchased a woke and a flame grill to make it phenomenal . I Cracked the eggs and sat them aside and then all I needed to do was prep all the vegetable: Thinly sliced onions, Chopped peppers, sliced ginger and carrot, but little did I know that much like Icarus that I too would fall to a deadly decent. It all started off easily cutting the bell peppers open and dicing it slowly but then a sneeze came, one that shook my very core, it shook me so hard my knife slipped and it ran across my knuckles. pain gripped my very essence as I mustered through to the onions only to be assaulted by painful tears that blinded me as I quickly shaved off the top of my fingers. That meal was lost but in my moment of pain and need my wife opened the door to find the scene of horror only to show me she had a brand new RUK vegetable slicer. It slices, it dices and it juliennes. I might have had to go to the doctors to heal my wounds, with this amazing device my wife was able to concur the blight of hand chopping and with and easy push all the vegies where sliced and with the added guard for protection she was able to slice the onions so thin they were see-through. I applaud this machine for its saving grace.

I dont want to deal with a mandoline, or any sharp edges. These blades are SHARP, but most of the time you're safely away from it. Dont try to clear food with your fingers, it will cut you RIGHT NOW! It comes with a comb like tool to help clean out food. For heavens sake use it! That said, it really saves me time over doing it by hand. Celery didnt work, still had to cut by hand. Onions, tomatos, potatoes, peppers. You do need to quarter or cut to size of cutter. Bang on it hard! Theres non skid rubber on bottom of container and thats a good thing, as you really pound on this unit. Its durable, and I save prep time! Im in my mid 60's and if a recipe is too technical, beyond a basic food processor, im probably not cooking it. Prime rib aint that hard! Edit i use it a lot!

This is a great chopper but after a few months of use, the grates broke, and it is not possible to order replacement grates. Getting in touch with customer service is impossible. There is no phone number on their website. There is only a form you can fill out under contact us which never gets responded to.

I’m in a phase of chopped salad and this little gadget has been amazing! The chopping area of this one is much bigger than my other chopper, making so much easier to chop lettuce and cabbage. It’s fairly easy to clean with the tool provided and I just put it in the dishwasher. It comes with many attachments which is nice but I really just use the medium blade and grater.

This RüK chopper set is awesome — it makes food prep so much faster and easier. The blades are sharp, the container is sturdy, and I love that it comes with so many attachments (even a lemon squeezer and egg separator!). It’s easy to clean and saves me a ton of time when cooking. Perfect for chopping onions, slicing veggies, or making salads without the mess. If you enjoy cooking but dislike prep work, this is a lifesaver!

It good for salad and fruit as slicer and very weak for hard vegetables

Cleaning brush missing. Also although blades very sharp two came out and two bent on larger dicing blades after about three uses. Very handy machine, but this spoiled for me.
