Well built cabinets and nice sound
Well built cabinets and nice old school passive sound at a reasonable price. I would definitely purchase again.

Great passive (non-powered) speakers
I bought these to use with my edrum amp and Korg Wavedrum... the Wavedrum Global has graet stereo effects on almost every voice, and I wanted to get some of that when playing through an amp, so I bought these, and some tripod stands, and a couple 1/4" instrument cords, and they work great! The amp I'm using is a Simmons DA200S, which has left and right speaker outs, crossovered to only send mid/high frequencies, which is just perfect for my need (but it means I can't tell you anything about the low end on the speakers). They seem well-built and solid, and they sound really good for how I'm using them. The built-in post mount in the bottom makes them easy to set up. Note that the1/4" jack is recessed a bit, so you won't want to use a right-angle plug there.

Power Rating Incorrect
Tried using this with a 3-watt RMS guitar amp and paired with another speaker with 50 watts RMS powering both this speaker and another one, so it was trying to handle 25 watts. I knew 300 watts wasn't accurate, but it's literally off by over an order of magnitude. These are okay at low volume, but they break up really easily. Even the 3-watt amp distorted more quickly than with other speakers. These are okay for a desperate situation, or for low-volume practice with an instrument amp that is 5 watts or less. For that, they'd be better than some of the cheap combo amps I've tried, so not entirely useless.

The wattage is not 300 hundred it is not right.

Worth it!
Used these for work speakers and worked perfectly. Crisp and clear sound running of an amplifier in a 83db work area no problems at all listening to tunes.
