I really needed, and liked these 1940's shoes, for a dressing up function. I read the reviews and became nervous about ordering and wondering if I would have the inconvenience of sending back and ordering a replacement. The main consensus, reading the reviews, was that of the 'true size' of the shoes. I am size 6 and with this knowledge in mind gingerly ordered 6.5 .When they arrived, to my delight, they not only looked classy but the half size was a perfect fit for me. I received a little chart of sizes which I intend to keep for reference. Happy customer. Thank you

Fab looking shoes
Great looking shoes, had lots of compliments on them. Can wear with dresses, skirts & jeans. Very comfortable & easy to walk in. Highly recommend.

Pretty but size up.
They look exactly as I expected, very pretty and stylish but I won't be able to wear them and will have to return as they are a small fit. If you buy, size up.

Nice, smart and comfortable
When I unpacked them and saw Size 7 in the shoe (I ordered UK size 5) I thought the wrong size had been sent, but they looked my size. I tried them on and they fitted perfectly, so I can only assume that the size printed is a US size. Good value and nice quality, I am very pleased with my purchase.

These chunky heels are really cute and comfortable to wear. I used them as ruby slippers for a Halloween costume and they worked perfectly. I added a bit of paint to give them extra sparkle, and the shoes held up well and stayed comfortable throughout the night. Great option if you want something stylish that can also be customized for costumes or events.
