For those on a budget.
After a good inspection, and testing. I can say this product and other products similar to this are only good for a little while if your intention is to build muscle. This is best for very beginner level workouts. Granted there are many kinds of workouts one can do. These rubber band systems have temporary resistance and will loose that tension over time. Some sooner than others. So you may think that you are getting stronger, but that would not be the whole truth. The bands will also get weaker over time.My only big hiccup with this particular product is the straps on the end of the bar assembly are secured on. It should have also included more bands for the price. Don't rule this out, because the equipment combined with other pieces of equipment or items will create more workout scenarios.

Great fitness tools
I used this as a substitute to gym as I couldn’t go to the gym on regular basis. This is best so far comes with variety of tools that we can used for multiple exercises. The best part is you take them anywhere you want of you can exercise in any part of house at your convenience. The quality seems good so far
