They are great for tie downs ,easily removable if you wish.
Used these for tie down points on 2017 road glide when on the work stand. They are rugged enough to hold the bike firmly.

Nice little cargo tie-downs
These make nice little tie down points. I got these to put in the back of my FJ40, as Toyota didn't really give you anywhere to tie cargo down, and they work great! While I'm not using them to tie down a motorcycle, I'd absolutely trust them for that. They are very solid and strong and the hole for the hook is nice and big. The coating is durable but within reason, ie cargo rubbing or a coated strap hook is fine, but I've noticed that a bare metal strap hook will scratch it, and the coating rubs off where the head of the mounting bolt contacts them. Overall I'm very pleased with these and would buy again!
