cannot fault phlegm free in 2 weeks still take one every morning

Easy to swallow capsules, product looks like quality and is packaged well. It’s expensive but seems to work and reduced my wheezing chest.

I have no idea if these help at all because I've not been taking them long enough to assess but after finishing a pouch with no issues, I purchases another pouch but every time I took a capsule, after 10 minutes I would feel nauseous.I experimented by taking time off them and taking them at various times, with and without food etc. every time I would feel nauseous.I contacted Time Health but they basically said they've not received any similar feedback so they couldn't help.

I have asthma and it has been fairly bad since I had a bronchial infection 8-10 weeks’ ago. I bought these as they were a cheaper alternative to a very similar product that had been heavily promoted to me on Meta social media platforms. I took a full course of these tablets in the hope that it would enhance my recovery and return my lungs to their more usual level of health. They have made absolutely no difference at all and were a complete waste of my time and money.

I use this supplement regularly and have found it to be very helpful. It is cheaper but just as effective as some of the bigger branded Tiger Milk mushroom capsules that are being advertised

Seem to be the real thing. Have not seen much effect, but very hard to quantify...

Tried it for a month, still coughing.
