LG BL9808 Replacement Fridge Filter absolute bargain compared to the lg original brand, works just the same and water seems no different! Definitely will be buying more as spares.

Bad taste
I took care to fit this item as described. I fitted it to the incoming feed and ran 20 litres (actually I did more) through the filter, before connecting the output to the fridge. I then ran several litres through the dispenser before waiting for the fridge to chill the water in it's reservoir. The end result - the water has an unpleasant taste to it - tastes metallic to me. I am going to order a £30-40 original LG filter. It's worth it for the better tasting water.

Very good alternative to the manufacturers
Purchased these to use with our American style fridge freezer. Work perfectly & were very easy to use. Just read the instructions for you fridge & the instructions filter & you shouldn't go wrong

Highly recommend, Fits easily & cheaper than original
Item arrived safely and quite quickly (5 days). Fitted as per original and finally water tastes like water again. At this price, compared to the original fitment I'll certainly be replacing again with one of these. Highly recommend to anyone considering buying replacement.

Works a treat!
We purchased this filter for our LG fridgefreezer and it works a treat! Very easy to install and a fantastic price too. Will definately buy another filter ready for when this one needs changing!
