We got one of our new high efficiency toilets badly clogged. I tried a regular plunger but couldn't cover the drain hole well enough. Same with the pump version plunger (which I've used previously). The pump version didn't quite fit into the drain hole well enough to form a good enough seal.I had some of this Green Gobbler safe enzyme clog cleaner. Tried it twice with no luck.Then I tried a few online remedies: dishwashing soap and hot water. No luck. Then baking soda and vinegar which I tried about 4 or 5 times. No luck.I was looking online and saw this little gadget. The beauty of Amazon is that it was cheap, I could get in before 8 the following morning and if it didn't work I could return it.The package was on my porch before I woke up. Typical instructions translated from Chinese weren't that great, but did make sense. I assembled it, pumped it up. I put the toilet cleaner head on. The instructions didn't note that you had to sort of push the head into the pump assembly but I figured it out. Pumped it up to 4-5 on the "barometer". Stuck it in. Unlike the other plungers I used, it fit into the small drain hole very well and snuggly. Pulled the trigger and wow! There was a slight splash and a nice pop. And after almost 24 hours my toilet was clear!Although I'm reasonably handy, I don't know much about plumbing. I also am old and can't lay upside down under any of my sinks. There's a guy I use for easy plumbing issues who I could have called, however being able to fix this myself tickled me pink!This is a very clever little gadget that I'm thrilled to have in the garage. Our modern high efficiency toilets don't get clogged very often (they're not supposed to), but now I have the right tool to help if they do.

OMG! OMG! OMG! I read the reviews before buying and most said that is was an awesome product and it worked on the first try. So I thought whats the worst that could happen. My toilet had been clogged for 2 days. I used 2 plungers for an hour using each one and nothing would work. So the item was delivered yesterday and when I got home I put it together excited to see how it works. I set the pressure to 40 PSI which is what another person said in their reviews. So now the moment has come. I flushed the toilet and press the trigger on the device and just like that the water went down!!! I said holy crap that's awesome !! Lol. So yes this item works and think everyone should own one

This thing is amazing, super easy to put together and realy easy to charge. Cleaned my stubborn sink clog with easy. Watch for spray if there is water or cleaner in the hole. Wrap a towel around the end of it to avoid spray.

Once you learn how to use it, it will meet your expectations. Good and sturdy.

Where this have the favorable stars from? I don’t know because it’s a total waste of money and time trying to make this work.I don’t give it minus 100 stars because it’s impossible.I don’t recommend it. Bad choice.

Had to use it a few times. It works.Better than a plunger.Main thing is it works.

Great idea but too hard to assemble and the directions are bad. I recommend the Korky BeeHive Max. I wish I could charge for these reviews. I'm really saving you a lot of time.
