I cannot believe any version of this neck support gets any kind of positive review. I echo all the one star reviews. It is cheap. It is uncomfortable. You can't wear headphones with it. It isn't worth five dollars let alone over 60 dollars.

I thought I would be returning this, because it just didn't sit right or so I thought. However I decided to give it a try and take it on a long trip which required a 9 hour flt. Once I figured it out, it supported my neck as if I was leaning against something for support. I had an aisle seat and used this to catch some zzz's. It stabilized my neck and I could adjust the fit. It was easy to pack in my carry on and weighs next to nothing. I will definitely be taking this on any plane, train or long car rides in the future!

I hated this nylon fabric on my neck. Also very hard to wrap around my neck with shoulder pain. Entire thing was strange and confusing

This pillow is everything I needed for my trip across the US! A redeye flight is something I never look forward too and getting comfy is always hard. This pillow provided me more neck and structural support while sleeping than any other product I’ve tried!It’s snug and feels like a scarf that allows you to stay warm from the AC blasting and provides that comfort of a comforter almost wrapped around you!It’s easy to pack & throw it right in my carry on! Not bulky - which I love! And overall just a really well designed product.It comes in different colors - so I’ll have to check those out too! And apparently there is a junior version for my kids that I’m already exploring for my next trip with the little ones! ☺️

I had high hopes for this travel pillow. I really like the original except that it is made of fleece and I have long hair, the fleece material will leave my fuzzy. The original is very comfortable. For some reason this one had a different fit and was not comfortable at all. Both my husband and I compared it to the original and it somehow fits different.

I travel a ton and have got to figure out how to sleep on the plane. This is a perfect design. No need to blow anything up to get the neck support you need. Easy to put on and you get the neck support you need to sleep with out it getting hot around your neck. Materials seem to be high quality and I’ve used it a ton on my flights. Best sleep pillow for planes.

I watched several videos, looked at photos, read and re-read the instructions ........ still, I could not wrap this device around my neck properly or comfortably. And this was testing this out at home. I can't imagine trying to maneuver it in the confines of a plane seat. Perhaps I'm just uncoordinated, but I'm returning this item for a more conventional neck pillow.
