Absolutely delicious!
This is worth every penny! Yes it’s small, but you don’t need much. Used it for a cream of mushroom soup, and all I can say is my Mother was very thrilled.

Good addition to pasta
You're definitely not going to miss the truffle flavor in this sauce. It worked great with my lobster ravioli and has enough salt to it that I did not need to add more. Comes in a jar and needs to be used within 7 days of opening and should be refrigerated once opened.

Ideal!
It has become a staple in My kitchen. Added to any pasta or any pasta sauce enhance the flavor to higher point. Highly recommended. I have it as a recurrent order

Such a small jar.
This is a small jar of a truffle and pecorino sauce. I had to tell the husband that it says it is for 8 servings. He shook his head as did I. Realistically maybe 2 servings but of course for him it is one serving. He didn't understand that this can be just to add some of the flavors to his pasta instead of drenching the pasta like regular pasta sauce. What can you do but hope he really enjoys it all. This has black truffle pieces as well as mushrooms and pecorino cheese... all which he likes. But this is a bit pricey no matter how many servings.

Delicious truffle sauce
I'm a big truffle fan so I knew I had to try out this sauce. I made pasta with alfredo and added this truffle sauce to it. It definitely added the truffle smell and flavor because I was able to smell this from miles away. The taste is pretty good since it's not that strong but still adds a good hint of truffle to the food. The price isn't too high and you get a decently sized bottle for the price. The bottle won't last that long though if a lot of it is used for each cooking session so you would need to proportionate it well.

Wow, this stuff has flavor. You don't need big dollops to get a good amount of nice flavor from it (also depends on your portion size).
