Easy to Start and Delicious Results!
This was very easy to get started. Just add water and salt, and you're ready to go. It took about two weeks for the flavor to fully develop, but it was definitely worth the wait. Now I have a delicious nukadoko that makes great pickled vegetables. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The recipe is wrong!
The recipe calls for 1000 mL of water 200 g of salt for 850 g bag but the bag is actually 650 g and that's like 10 times more salt than you need.

It turned out delicious.
I made fermented pickles for the first time. They turned out really delicious! I enjoy pickling different vegetables every day. There's a generous amount too. I have a little bit left, so I can add more when it gets low, and it's a good deal.

Great "tsukemono"
I have been making Japanese pickles (tsukemono) at home since we do not have an Asian store nearby. My pickles are great, and if you put the pickling pot in the refrigerator, you can wait a few days before stirring. Go easy on salt, and the pickles made without chemicals is good for your health.
