The recliner arrived on time in 2 boxes. The assembly instructions were very good and easy to understand.One person can put it together ( if you able to lift a heavy item - recliner base). It took about 45 minutes to put together. Move the boxes closer to where the recliner is going to be used. Open it when upside down ( the box says that). It will help if you have someone to assist you.The recliner is very comfortable. All the functions work smoothly. The motor is silent and smooth.If you need a lift recliner for yourself or someone you know, GET THIS RECLINER. You will like it.The size is just right for the average person.For the price, the value is excellent.The padding is comfortable, but not too soft.Great recliner for the price.

The seller is super easy to communicate with. We received 3 boxes instead of the 2 needed. Seller took care of issue in a timely manner. The chair is very nice with chenille cloth. Soft and comfortable. Size is perfect (medium). Mechanism is consistent and smooth. Heat and massage are okay. Bought the chair for the lifting feature, which is seamless. Cup holders are stainless steel and very nice. Priced well and shipped timely manner. Putting it together took about 15 minutes for my daughter. In conclusion, very happy with the chair so far.

Fast delivery even with two boxes delivered a day apart via FedEx. Everything works as shouldafter setup. Like the slow rise and down, particularly the adjustment to suit. Internet outlet is a plus. Seating not as plush as would like (being 100 lb without any padding) but hoping it softens with usage. Quite comfortable otherwise! The blue is more grey than blue, think it should be labeled slate blue, if they wanted to use “blue.”

I needed to find a way to sit in my livingroom with my feet up (problems with edema). I decided on a lift recliner so you can imagine my dismay at finding that most were outside my price range. I did the only thing I could and bought this chair based on price and the evaluations of other purchasers. I have had the chair for about 9 months and it is performing as well today as it did on the first day. Yes, it does have heat and vibration but neither are at a level to offer me any comfort but the chair itself with it's big puffy arms is all that I need and more. I have psoriatic arthritis and never know from one day to the next what I will be able to do. This chair affords me comfort and an extra boost getting up when I need it.

Color was a surprise because on line it was rusty brown...when it arrived it was more light and dark gray which complements our other furniture very well, so that was a very pleasant surprise. May not use the massage and heat features very much but wanted well padded body and arm rests. Make sure to read directions in the kit box...so that you install the arm rests before the back of the chair. Since I didn't notice the instructions in the box I put the back on first, then it blocked access to installing the arm rests. Luckily, reclining the chair all the way made it possible to put the arm rests on. The back was installed easily but the metal prong that needs to be depressed to remove the back of the chair is so strong, I don't know if I will ever be able to take the back off...and I don't forsee having to do it so may not be a problem. I like that the fabric is rather plush vs smooth without texture. The boxes were very strong so the chair was well protected.

There is a problem with the way this chair is built. The arm keeps falling off. I cannot in good conscience endorse this product. For what I paid for this chair it should have held together. Instead I am stuck with a chair that hasn't held up all because I thought I was the one who did something wrong in putting it together and this was not the case. I put it together just fine but it didn't hold together as it should have. I will not buy another product from these paople.

So far I like it. Comfortable and if I need help I just have to touch a button. You know Medicare would save a whole lot of money if they would use Amazon for the medical equipment. For the same type chair it would have cost twice as much going through them. Thanks guys.

Very nice chair just what I wanted. Fabric is great color just right. Would recommend
