I purchased this as I wanted to keep the glass top of my new oven in good condition and if keep putting dishes on top of it it will be scratched.Its fire proof and perfect size to cover glass lid and as I have choice of colour even better.Its well made and excellent quality nice and thick easy to clean and very nice green matches by kitchen blinds.May be dearer than same but you get what you pay for and quick free delivery

Having a new range cooker delivered to our derelict kitchen (soon to be renovated!) this cover fitted perfectly and protects the ceramic hob and gives us a bit of temporary work top space.

Very small if trying to cover 90cm wide gas cooker

I bought this product to place on top of my hob when it’s hot, as I have cats and worry about them walking across the hob and burning their feet. Not only does this not make a single bit of difference to that situation because the cover gets red hot, just like the hob underneath, I just had a situation where the rim of the product melted under the heat - it started smoking, smells terrible, and I now have it stuck to my hob, so trying to get it off!!!! This is wholly unfit for purpose and in fact extremely dangerous. The only advice I have is DO NOT BUY to put on hot hobs - it’s only ok as a cover once the hob is cold or cool.

I love this on the glass top stove. Bought it for a 24 inch stove, a difficult size to match with anything as it is not common in the US. It *almost* fits the stove. I wish I could find the same stuff in a roll to cut to order.

I like that I don't have to worry about people touching the hot stove after I'm done cooking. It works really well and I can put things down on top of the stove without worrying about damaging the stove surface so it's like I have more countertop space now.

This product protects my glass top stove, lessons cleaning requirements, increases counter top and food prep space, and gives an overall super clean and tidy appearance to my small kitchen. Easy to just wipe clean. As for safety, it is fire resistant and can be placed on the stovetop within minutes of turning the heat source off. I love it!

I had seen a similar item and looked on Amazon to see what was available. I am very happy with this protector. I especially like the fact that it is fireproof which is important for use on the cooktop. So if the cooktop is still warm, it won’t melt. I have not tried that feature but I find it is excellent at protecting my glass cooktop. It is lightweight and fits nicely on top of my cooktop and the black color blends well with the appliance. It also provides a safe landing spot for hot item from the oven. I had friends over and they liked the look and functionality. I recommended that they purchase this item!!! I am a very satisfied customer.
