Hi can I purchase replacement locks ? I have purchased 3 zipperless suitcase 3 months ago and 3 of the locks do not open anymore.

We understand your concern and I'm here to help.

LUGGEX Carry On Luggage is designed with TSA Lock, so there's no need to use key.

Do you want the key for the lock in the picture? If so, this is a TSA lock as well as a customs lock. The key for the customs lock is officially used and only the Customs Agent could own it. Generally, you can’t buy the key for the customs lock so we don’t provide a key to this luggage as well.

How to reset the combination
The original combination is 0-0-0. If you want to reset it, please follow these steps:
1. The original combination is 0-0-0. Switch the Reset Button from "OFF" to "SET";
2. Turn the Dials to your desired combination (e.g.:8-8-8);
3. Switch the Reset Button to "OFF", and now you can open the lock with the new combination.
Please remember your combination by heart.
How to use the combination lock
1. Turn the dials in the Display Window to the correct combination, and push the Button to open the lock.
2. Press down the lock to latch the luggage, then turn the Dials to any wrong combination. Now it is locked.

How to reset the combination

2. Turn the Dials (b) to your desired combination (e.g.:8-8-8);

3. Switch the Reset Button (a) to "OFF", and now you can open the lock with the new combination.
