Easy to take, you can mix with everything liquid. Taste not bad. It's healthier than taking a pill, doesn't upset the stomach. It's effectiveness hasn't worked for me personally as far as helping to keep iron levels normal, so while it's a great product and works for some, it just depends on the person I think. But I love Mary Ruth products they are great, and my daughter swears by them.
