i use this almost everyday (since i discovered kobe hot dogs with brioche buns). don't use the bun heater part, or your buns are toast. ha. (literally burned up with embers, and smoking like a chimney) throw the buns in your toaster oven - use this machine for the weenies - no mess, no fuss. after - rinse the little pull out drawer, along with the dog cage, and Bob's your uncle. the way this machine cooks your hot dogs, makes them turn out absolutely perfect. i just ordered another as a gift for someone who is going to love me forever.

Still trying to figure the best way to toast the buns, but works well and gets the job done in a pinch. Doesn't take up too much space, works fairly quick, and I like the dial that allows for control over how much you want it to cook.

It's cheaply made, unfortunately. Housing is plastic. (I thought it would be metal) and the hotdog carrier gets stuck under the lip when when toasting is finished and the hotdogs pop-up. Also, if you're pulling hotdogs out of the fridge (like most ppl) You may have to let them warm up before toasting in order to cook thoroughly. There's a note in the manual about this. I had to toast twice, to completely cook my cheese hotdogs. Remember to reposition the hotdogs if you have to cook twice. Otherwise the skin will get extra crispy in spots. The product work but some minor updates from the manufacturer would make the experience much better.

Burns bun and doesn't cook hotdog.. Would not recommend for under 18 yrs. of age. Or under 35 years. Cleans pretty easy unless you have burned something.

It’s really cute and actually does cook a hotdog. You have to be careful to put the dog and move the sides of the burners so they don’t burn and put it through the machine twice. All in all though it’s it’s nice and fashion pretty and cute. I mean it’s not like cooking hot dogs normally but it’s all right.

I love this... I bought it for my Mom & she loves it too! She loves hot dogs. She sat at the table after opening it looking at it & reading the paperwork and looking at the photos Lol... I support consumerism and useless crap like a hot dog maker when it makes my Mom happy!

Horrible. Don’t buy. It melted the first minute I used it. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star! I’m livid, as this was a Christmas gift. If the company had any decency, they’d offer me a refund.

Comes with a US plug therefore needs a step down transformer. That should be more clearly stated.

This is a dangerous product. Switched it on with sausage and bread in it and within 30 seconds flames coming out of it. Switched it off immediately. The kitchen could have set alight. Do not purchase. This is extremely dangerous product and should not be sold . Wish I had kept box to return
