My old top-loading water dispenser broke, so I bought this 3-in-1 ice maker and hot/cold water dispenser about two months ago. Since then, it has become the most popular appliance in our home. We use the hot water feature every morning to make coffee or hot chocolate. When my kids come home from school, they love adding fresh ice to their juice, and I always grab a bottle of ice-cold water to take with me to the gym. What I appreciate most is its ability to make ice continuously without needing to refill water manually. It's convenient, reliable, and keeps up with our daily needs. With warmer weather—and summer—on the way, we're looking forward to using it even more. Just one tip: I do cleaning of its top and inside cold water tanks every month. That helps keep water tasting fresh.

Like the function of the dispenser. Only problem is there is a strange taste to the cold water and the ice. I thought after a few bottles of water the taste would go away. I was wrong. 30 gallons of water later and it still taste bad. If not worse. Taste like an old freezer even though the water was just put in the dispenser. Put vinegar through it without change. Any other suggestions out there? 9 months of bad tasting water now it no longer makes ice or has cold water. For the price i thought i would be getting a good product but all i got instead was nasty tasting water and a lot of grief from my girlfriend. As long as the ice making function is on, it will continously make ice. Not a major issue, but worth noting. Overall: This is an excellent 3-in-1 appliance—space-saving, efficient, and stylish. Highly recommended for small homes, offices, or anyone looking for a multifunctional water and ice solution.

So far, this thing is doing what it's supposed to. It makes produces cool, hot water and ice. Setup is quite a breeze and operating procedures are pretty natural. The complaints I have are with the amount of noise this thing makes when the compressor is on. Thank goodness it's not on all the time, only when it needs to cool down the water. The other thing I noticed is that the water is not cool enough to my liking. I suppose the ice maker is right next to it so it's not a big complaint. Separately, I purchased two 3-gallon jug to go along with this device, and the family is happy. Since I fill my own jugs from a filtered source, the water has no smell or foul taste (as it should). I think this is a good purchase, but will have to wait and see if it lasts.

The first unit that we received from Amazon was broken when we set it up. Its would not cool water or make ice. Following the troubleshooting guide that was included with the unit we were instructed to reach out the company for support. The company was very responsive to our issue and shipped a new unit to us. The new unit is setup now and working as intended. We have made ice and cooled water. We have not tried the heating feature yet as the main purpose was ice and cold water. The size is perfect for placing on a small table and it is very easy to use. We have not noticed any issues with the taste of the water and the noise level is not too bad when making ice and cooling water. I would definitely recommend this company as they were very quick and responsive with the original broken unit and worked hard to make this right

I have had several ice makers from different brands and pros of this one include: closed system to keep it sanitary, heated water, ice, and cold water dispensing, nice compact size and look, and possibility of putting 5 gallon bottle for constantly available hydration. It holds a fair amount of ice for coolers and cold plunges etc, but not as much as the 44 lbs per day I had with a different version but I like the closed system to keep kids hands, dust etc. out. I had an issue with an error light approximately a year after we purchased it and customer service was TOP NOTCH. Walked me through repair steps and then sent a new unit with packaging for return during holiday season.

Ne pas acheter, nous avons dû le retourner, le goût de l'eau et de la glace n'est vraiment pas bonne même après avoir fait de la glace a plusieurs reprises, changer l'eau du robinet pour de l'eau filtré........toujours mauvais goût

Just bought the dam machine on the 14 of june and we are the July 28 so no more returning avaliable now . The machine start to make a weird nose from the ice making paying this much for just a little over a month is a Pure waste of money .

This item is very convenient but the hot water has metal taste.
