The product was defective right out of the box. Issues include: 1). The thruster propeller runs backwards 2). The control trigger switch does not work. 3). As soon as the wires are connected the unit runs continuously. No control what so ever This was a birthday gift for my grandson. Had he just used it, there was a potential that he could’ve drowned with no control and the thruster running backwards. The company wants me to pay a 10% restock fee and pay for shipping.. again, it arrived defective!! This is totally unfair and against Amazon policy…. I need help please. This thing could’ve drowned my grandson, and if it didn’t flat out kill him, he could’ve been made into a vegetable by lack of oxygen if he panicked! Amazon, you must get involved with this. I have a video, but this app won’t imbed it.

It’s a terrible unit. Came with motor that just keeps running. Called and only service east coast in Fla. I have to pay 50- to get it there. Not worth buying . A rip off

This product does not me expectation, bought for my 11 yr old son for his July 17 birthday, but had his birthday today July 13 very disappointed and I rarely give a bad review.

For selling this junk. Can barely move a 35 lb boy. It makes noise more than any other function. Garage sale here it comes.

The sea scooter arrived defective where the on button was always engaged leaving it on unless you disconnect the battery. The seller made me pay to ship their defective item back.

It looks good but poor quality and not worth the money.

Ok I thought this would be cool but it goes super slow lol says it can return if I don’t use but how am I suppose to see if it works . For the price I thought it would be better .

The pro's Easy to use Cons Battery life is poor (maybe 20 min) Battery lasts a few months before its done properly maintained. Zero customer support
