Product is good but my exception size is small

After use it’s totally black inner side..can’t use..waste of money

Was bit in doubt to buy this or not since we stay in Germany and most of them knows how it is in abroad about the black stain on walls due to diya and smoke alarm in house. But trust me this is the must for all.. it works amazingly well!! The aroma dispenser , the size, the design like everything is just too good 😊Not sure about the metal since just started using it so haven’t washed it yet. But will come back with that review as well!Looks durable if you use it with care 😊

I received this product recently, the main reason for buying this product was to use it as a camphor diffuser as the electric versions generally stop working in 2-3 months. I thought that along with my diya the camphor diffusion will also happen. But regret to inform that the gap between the diya flame and the diffuser tray bottom is large and hence the diffuser plate does not warm enough to diffuse the camphor so i am pleasantly unhappy. I also do not believe in returning a product after using it hence i did not take the option of returning it. But i thought that this review may be of help to someone who will not purchase it and find that the product is not working effectively. The other thing which i noticed in this diya was that the diya is tilted hence another dampner to avoid this product. I am sorry to put up this review ( seller please forgive me ) i would suggest that you improve the product by reducing the height between the diya flame and base of the diffuser plate then maybe it will work as a diffuser. I may donate this one to the temple. Thanks for reading the review. Hope it will help new buyers.

Wonderful product but the quality could have been better even if that means a little cost extra.
