I am so surprised how well this works! My husband put his partials into the machine and in just 5 minutes they are clean and sanitized. I can see the debris from his partials on the bottom of the machine No more tablets!! Our only concern is how long the Ultraviolet light works. Anyway, for the quick efficiency of this machine, I give it 5 stars!

I purchased two of these. One broke within the first week so I was able to return. The other didn't break until after the return period. The issue was that the lights stop working. Amazon told me to contact the manufacturer directly and sent me a link. After hours online speaking with Amazon about how the link sent me right back to Amazon customer service, there was no resolution and they basically washed their hands of it. So I will never get my money back for this crappy product. DO NOT BUY!!

The Fresh Knight Ultrasonic Retainer Cleaner is fantastic. It effectively cleans my retainers with the ultrasonic technology and UVC light, leaving them fresh. It worked great for the first couple of months and did a great job cleaning. And then the cycle stopped working before completing. The cycle starts, but then goes off 10 seconds into the cleaning. Holding down the lid firmly with my hand does some time help to continue the cycle longer, but still won’t complete. Very frustrating that I can’t push the button, walk away and do other things while it cleans. Without a full cycle, the retainers aren’t getting clean anymore.

Had this less than a month and it stopped working. Edit: the customer service is wonderful. It’s the product we need to be great though, right? They refunded me fully and then also sent me a new one. The new one has worked great so far so I’ve updated my review. It would be nice if the product had worked the first time but I will say they go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy.
