Great if you want to use it once - otherwise get a glue because the feathers keep falling off. But looks good and with a little effort you can make it last longer.

Don't waste your time/money! Horribly made
Fell apart right out of the packaging, feathers are sparse and falling off, strap snapped off and a huge blob of hot glue on the back. Now in need of a costume in time for a party
