Can you get the 20" with stabilisers?

I have tried both Schrader and Presta pump adapters on the tyres and neither work. My local bike shops said they've never seen a valve like this one.

Hello. This bike uses a dunlop valve, you can choose an inflator that fits the dunlop valve nozzles.

Do the stabilisers removable?
