I do a lot of vacuum sealing. The Bonsenkitchen vacuum sealer bags work exactly the same as the name brand but at an affordable price. Making buying extra food or even in bulk economical. One thing I do with them is par cook extra potatoes and coat with butter and seasonings then freeze them on a sheet pan. Then vacuum seal them. When it's time for dinner I drop the vacuum sealed bag still frozen directly in boiling water for 5 to 10 mins. Cut the bag open and pour directly onto my plate. Very convenient!

Great Quality
After reading the reviews, I decided to give these a try. I have used it a few times now, the roll is thick and works great with my sealer. They are easy to cut and use, they seal great. The roll is double in size compared to the name brand rolls. Great value for your money. The only thing I didn't like was that there is not a area to write a date on it (like the others have) but I just used some old labels.

Works perfect in our bagging machine
We tried other brands that are not as think or clear. These work very well and are easy to use in the machine. We will buy more in the future. It might be a while; this comes with a lot.

Didn't expect this
These bags are a lifesaver. We recently had a tornado that knocked out our home power for over four days. It was because of these bags that our entire freezer did not thaw out and spoil. The thickness of the bags allow for easy bending and doesn't add much to the effort the machine takes to vacuum seal. Quality is good and easy to use but my only dislike is that the width is a little too large to fit my machine so I have to trim the top of the bags before they can be sealed. Its not on the bags but I would have LOVED not to have to take this step. Otherwise, value for the money is good!

Durable for the freezer.
Perfect for packing up meat for the freezer. Cut to length, pack and seal. Food doesn’t get freezer burn.Great price, will buy again.
