Derma Roller Microneedling Kit for Face 0.25mm - Complete Skin Set with Vitamin C Serum 20%

This is my first time using a roller so I don't have anything to compare it to. I bought the set with the roller and serum.Roller: Rolls Smoothly, Doesn't hurt.The idea of running tiny needles across my face was pretty scary with my fear of needles and aversion to pain, but this didn't hurt at all. It was easy to roll and only required a bit of pressure. There was no skipping or catching. Your face will be red with a slight sting or tingly feel after using the roller.The roller comes in a nice plastic case for storage. It is a beautiful set. Instructions are included in the box.Serum: Works on sensitive skin. Very oily. Best after rolling.I tested the serum on several areas of my face first before rolling to make sure there were no adverse reactions with my sensitive skin. It was fine, but the oil just seemed to sit on my face. When I used it after rolling, though, my skin absorbed it all so I'm guessing that is what it was designed for.Results: I can't comment on the results since I've only used it once. I have a damaged area on my face from falling asleep with a heating pad on my shoulder. The pad would end up laying on my face so the damage might be similar to sun damage. It looks much older than the rest of my face. I am only using the roller on this section right now.I did notice the least damaged area near the edges does look better (smoother) after the first treatment.This was a great value for both the roller and serum. Seems like good quality and like I said it is a beautiful set. I'm glad I decided to purchase it.

This is the first derma roller I've tried. It's suppose to be prickly, and it is! My skin 'tingles' and gets slightly red for about 10 minutes after usage, so I use it at night time. I've used this product three times so far, and the results have been great. I am using it in tandem with TruSkin Naturals Vitamin C Serum for Face, Topical Facial Serum with Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin E, 1 fl oz.After 3 usages, my skin looks slightly tanner/has more color. My pores are significantly clearer, thus my pores (which are large) look smaller. My skin tone is more even. I'm very pleased and shocked that the results are visible this fast.I'm also very pleased with the seller. They are a small family-owned company and take pride in customer care. I received an email after my purchase from Lori saying thank you for my purchase and telling me I'm in good hands. Shortly after I received my free eBooks. I also got a followup email that contained important safety reminders. (The product does come with instructions, but it's nice that the seller cares that you use the product correctly, so you get great results.)Will purchase again. I want to get my mom one too and plan to tell my friends!

In one week I have noticed a difference.1. My main reason for purchase was to see how it worked on my acne scars (only on my cheeks). The small scars have gotten smaller but Idk if I can see a difference in the larger ones yet.2. My pores have become larger and it is a new issue so this was a bonus attempt and bonus benefit that in some places my pores have been reduced.3. SENSITIVITY: I have eczema and severe allergic reactions to some products. The serum that is included has not irritated my skin at all. The only irritation I have had is on my cheek bones when I am not paying attention to the pressure I am applying myself during rolling.4 stars is my opion as of ONE week maybe in one Month I will regret not giving 5.

i never thought i would like this product, so many mixed reviews i was hesitant to purchase. i pulled the trigger and bought it. packaged with care, easy how to use instructions, cute storage container.my skin is EXTREMELY sensitive to products. my face stayed red for about 2 hours due to my sensitivity. you can feel your skin pulsing with fresh blood flow! the after care cream, did burn my skin for a few minutes but eventually stopped. my skin feels fresh after each use. the cleaning process is a breeze!i highly recommend this product to those who are just as iffy as i was. it will take some time to show any form of results but it is worth it for the price.

I read that these derma rollers really work to stimulate collagen production in, of all places, AARP magazine, so I figured I'd give it a try. It wasn't until I received the product and read the instructions that I learned that you need at least a 0.50 length needle to affect collagen production. This size needle will only allow for better absorption of your facial product. I've tried it 3 times, and my reaction is "meh". I don't notice any difference and will probably go to a professional for the deeper treatment. That said, the product seems to be high quality and the instructions are easy to follow (though I had to email them to receive an "e-copy" since the printed enclosure is too small to read.

First off this is a great product. I received my derma roller a few days after placing my order. As shown in pictures there were no packaging problems or damage done to the product while shipped. I also received an email from the seller, and attached to it a free e-book along with instructions on how to use and prep my face. Okay, so I've been using my derma roller for about two months now, and haven't had any problems with it. And as far as it making your face feel more plump mine actually does after each use. I love using the derma roller now because it removes dead skin from my face and I'm left with a glowing look after a few hours of use. I normally use the derma every two to three days after each use otherwise my face begins to feel weird without it. If, you're a first-time buyer/user I'd recommend it. Just be sure to follow the instructions provided, and a caution for first-time users.... (your face might tingle at first). So, don't be alarmed if it does. That's what happened on my first use lol.
