Better for punches than kicks
Simple Functional Striking pad at an affordable price point. I use them for my students to improve their hand technique and headmovement

Great Quality
I'm training a few guys in mauy Thai & needed something other than the pads. I mostly use to reinforce fighters to keep their hands up. Product has taken a beating, quality appears to be good.
