Way better than I expected
Honestly, its an acquired taste, but one that I've acquired. I can't really describe it since its such a step away what I'm used to as an American that I don't have a frame of reference to really explain is, but I will do my best. Imagine crossing the taste of a darker beer and a soda without being overly carbonated but not 'flat'. The best I can describe is bread-like notes with hints of caramel and honey. There is a lingering aftertaste that I don't find overly offensive but may offput others. Best served cold but I did try some room-temperature right after I received the bottle and found it palatable. I legitimately cannot for the life of me accurately describe how good this is. Due to the price I'm only drinking about 1 glass of it a day so it keeps.

Expired on arrival
It was out of date and I tried it anyhow. It was so sour that I guess I don't have the taste for it. Too bad I really wanted to like it.
