I bought two of these for my arms. I have severe tendonitis in both elbows. They work great to help ease the pain. It has three heat levels. All work very well. The high heat is definitely hot, so be aware when using on high. The size is adjustable for comfort. I have fat biceps and they fit nicely. I definitely recommend these.

Very disappointed with this heating pad. I purchased this Comfheat elbow heating pad for my teenage son because he is a catcher on a traveling baseball team and is constantly on the field. He practices and plays nearly every single day, so I was really hoping this product would help with soreness and recovery after long tournaments and practices. Unfortunately, this product did not work at all. Right out of the box we had issues getting it to function at all. We tried everything — checking the cord connections, unplugging and reconnecting it, following the instructions step by step, and even going through all of the troubleshooting information listed on the manufacturer’s website. Nothing fixed the issue. The heating pad would not heat up at all. At this point, I honestly do not know if the problem is the cord itself or the actual unit, but either way it is defective and completely unreliable. What made this even more frustrating was the complete lack of customer service. I reached out directly to the manufacturer by email explaining the issue and asking for help or a replacement. I never received any response back whatsoever. No acknowledgment, no troubleshooting assistance beyond what was already online, nothing. For a company to completely ignore customers after selling a faulty product is unacceptable. When you buy something like this for an athlete who truly needs it, you expect it to actually function and provide relief. Instead, this turned into a waste of money and a huge disappointment. My son was excited to use it after long games and practices, and it failed immediately. The quality and reliability are just not there. I cannot recommend this product to anyone, especially athletes who need dependable recovery equipment. If you are considering buying this, I would strongly suggest looking at other brands with better quality control and customer support. Very frustrating experience overall.

The heat sleeve works great It relieved my soar muscles it gets pretty warm but not enough to burn. It has straps that can adjust to your arm You can also remove the electrical plug and use a usb I recommend this product
