Brooks Adrenaline Gts 22 mens Running Shoe

I was using Brooks Ravenna for several years, however they change the shape of the last version which wasn't a good fit anymore, so I decided to try Brooks Adrenaline. I have to say, these shoes are just perfect. Very comfortable, and they provide the stability that I need. Will definitely continue buying these. Highly recommended.

Son perfectas si eres pronador y además tienes el pie plano.Cuando eres pronador y necesitas compensarlo muchas zapatillas meten más arco de lo normal para compensar la pronación, el problema es que si tienes los pies planos tener un arco tan pronunciado hace que se clave en el puente del pie y acaba siendo peor el remedio que la enfermedad.Estas zapatillas solucionan las dos cosas. La compensación de la pronación está en la espuma blanca y en la suela. Al posar el pie en el suelo se nota que hay más relleno por la zona interior del pie que en la exterior, corrigiendo la pronación. Y el arco de la zapatilla es inapreciable.En cuanto al resto de la zapatilla, tiene mucha sujeción en el tobillo y está muy acolchada por todas partes (talón, lengüeta, tobillo, etc). Esperaba que la espuma blanca amortiguase más, que fuese más “esponja”. Supongo que se notará más con el impacto cuando corres (yo me las he comprado para uso diario, ir de excursión o a pasear).En cuanto a la talla quedan perfectas, tengo un 44,5 en nike y new balance y en reebok un 44 y he comprado un 44,5 y me quedan perfectas.

It is structured like a tank and weighs less than a feather. I am a previous purchaser of Brooks running shoes, and their products' quality is increasing. Brooks does not claim waterproofness of the GTS 22, but in practice outdoors it really repels water and never feels "soggy". Some friendly warnings which should not detract from the GTS 22's quality : The tongue is harder than most shoes, and you should pull it towards the inside of your foot so that it wraps your bone on the top of your foot. The lacing can be extremely tight, and you will want to lace it slightly loosely even for running. Without doing both the tongue can cause discomfort on the top of your foot.For those who might have arch problems -- support directly under the arch is basically non-existent. In this sense, Adrenaline GTS 22 tends to favor runners whose feet point directly forward during racing. Not recommended for those with shorter length feet and high arches.

Es ist bereits ein wahrer Genuss, in diese wunderbar weichen Laufschuhe hineinzuschlüpfen. Wenn man darin losläuft, gibt einem die phantastische Dämpfung das Gefühl, quasi auf Watte-Wolken dahin zu schweben und in Siebenmeilenstiefeln durch den Wald zu rennen. Trotz der voluminösen Sohlendämpfung, fühlt sich dieser Laufschuh sehr leicht an und die Belüftung ist auch im Hochsommer außergewöhnlich gut. Das Sohlenprofil ist insbesondere für den Vortrieb, auch auf Forstwegen und Waldboden beindruckend griffig. doch auf matschigen Pfaden, kann man seitlich ruckzuck wegrutschen. Wegen der hohen Dämpfung im Fersen-Bereich, sollte man ein Umknicken unbedingt vermeiden. Doch im Fersen-Bereich, ist die Sohle besonders breit konstruiert, damit ein Umknicken sehr, sehr unwahrscheinlich ist. Herzlichen Dank!⚠️Da ich in diesen Laufschuhen i.d.R. min. jeden zweiten Tag besonders viele Kilometer zurücklege, ist das Profil der Sohlen - spätestens nach 2 Jahren - völlig abgelaufen!💡Mittlerweile nutze ich abwechselnd 2 Paare, um die Nutzungsdauer jedes Paares wesentlich zu verlängern!

Ich habe diesen Schuh bestellt der optisch ein echter Hingucker ist und auch vom Komfort her gelobt worden ist. Was soll ich sagen ….. dieser Schuh hat alles was man braucht! Preislich-Leistung unschlagbar. Er besitzt eine Flexible Sohle die es ermöglicht auf allen Untergründen zu joggen. Die Dämpfung des Schuhes ist gut und man kann mit dem Schuh Länge laufen ohne etwas zu spüren. Kann diesen Schuh jeden empfehlen !
