Easy to operate, quiet and the flow was perfect. Worth the price!

This chocolate fountain comes in a large, blank, white box so I personally think the packaging could be a bit better for people who prefer to give this item as a gift. I was finally able to use this again for a kids birthday party recently and it was a huge hit and still working well! Set up is so simply, just simply connected the separated parts to one another to create the tall fountain. I found it helped a lot to ensure that the chocolate was completely melted before pouring it into the fountain--also make sure that you have more than enough melted chocolate. It's always better to have more than to have less because if you don't have enough, the fountain won't appear as beautiful and full. And I kept refilling the fountain throughout the party so you need to keep an eye out for that, as your guests eat away at the chocolate. Clean up a simple, just separated the pieces and soaked them in a container for a while to soften any hard pieces of chocolate and then was able to go in with a sponge, warm water and soap to clean the machine and it was as good as new. Now my friends ask me to borrow the chocolate fountain for their parties ! Such a hit, I'm very happy with this product which has been holding up quite well since I first got it -- such a great value!

This was the perfect addition to our Christmas gathering and was SUCH a hit! Super easy to put together, almost unbelievably easy, I couldn't believe I was done so quickly and easily. Easy directions on how to heat up chocolate or other favorites and add it to the fountain. We were able to warm chocolate and add it and have a delicious treat flowing in no time! Motor wasn't too loud and kept the chocolate pouring seamlessly, although it did seem like it was drying a bit behind where the pours were landing. Kept the chocolate warm and delicious and was super simple to clean up to my surprise. Literally took the pieces apart and washed. I can't recommend this enough- definitely get this if you are into entertaining or just having these types of treats in general!
