Yes, very non-stick, love this pans set, totally solves my family daily cooking.

Is it easy to clean after cooking?

Yes! These pans are super easy to clean. I hand-wash mine. The pans are truly non-stick and anything left in them from cooking comes right out, whether wiping out with a paper towel, or using water with dish soap and a soft sponge.

What is the warranty on this set?

I have no idea, I personally never find warranties helpful, but I am not sure these sellers offer warranty as it’s not a brand name.
