Given the low price and packaging and vendor name, how do I know this is an authentic new Milwaukee with Milwaukee USA warranty?

Good afternoon, While I can't be specific with every seller, I can help shed light on the packaging. Like many of the other sellers, we sell items that do not necessarily arrive in the Manufacturer packaging. The reason is, that many items are purchased in large quantities resulting in the manufacturer shipping the tools to us in generic unmarked packages due to bulk buying, this allows sellers to offer a better deal than that of a retail store such as Home Depot. Most of the times the manufacturer will place all in the same box. Fox instance, Makita will often ship the items that are purchased in bulk packaging. This means that if we purchase 100, we will receive 10 boxes that have 10items each. Some items are packaged for individual sell and others are not. For items that are not packaged separately, the seller will then re-package. There is a very high likelihood that the tool you received was indeed new, just repackaged and was not properly packaged. Unfortunately, there are some sellers that will sell an used item as new. Often, there will be dust and debris on the tool because it is received by us in that condition due to the bulk packaging. There are a couple of ways that you can be sure the tool is new. Each tool will have a manufacture date stamped on the tool itself. This allows the manufacturers to track the warranties. Each tool has a serial number as well. Allowing the customer to register the tool for the warranty. Another way you can be sure, is to ask the seller if they can provide proof of purchase. All tools that we sell, we can find the exact invoice of the purchase, and are happy to send to our customers in the event, they have concerns. Would this work for drilling concrete like a normal hammer drill?

Yes, absolutely. It’s the perfect all around drill. It would be great for anything 1/2” or smaller hole size.
