I used these as grab handles in the loft to help steady me as I crossed from the loft ladder to the boarded floor .They are robust and do exactly what they are supposed to do.

Now it's up it feels very safe and secure. Only issue was the metal base plate and ceramic cover need separating by levering one out from the other with a screwdriver or similar before starting installation. This isn't made clear in the basic instructions. Once this is done, very simple to assemble and install.
