Worked great for what we needed. Allows my husband to slide the door whether he is inside or out. Brushed nickel color is very well done and was very heavy duty sturdy construction. It is used daily and has held up for the past year without any incidences. Do need to be careful when sliding door though as if it banged against the other door too hard I do think it would break the glass but we are adults only in this household so it is a non issue here. Not sure how that would work with children. I know it would not have been a good plan when my daughter was growing up she would have been too rough when she was young and probably would have slid to hard into the other glass door but we are very happy with these knobs.

Love the look, very easy to install. However, there are 2 size plastic pieces that go into the hole in the glass. One is shorter than the other to accommodate thinner glass doors as I have. I had to use the longer plastic piece made for thicker doors because the shorter pieces wouldn’t fit into the holes. So the knobs aren’t flush with the glass. It worked out ok because it gives a little bit more to grab when opening the door from the outside.

My new shower door has a horizontal bar on each of the sliding doors. The outside bar is useful and fine. But the inside bar seems to be too “protruding” and not so useful. I bought these knobs to replace the bar through the existing holes in the glass. I tried two other less expensive knobs which did not fit through the existing holes (both have insufficient measurements in their descriptions). These Anise knobs have detailed measurements allowing you to check beforehand. Not only do they fit as specified, their quality is also superior to the others. They feel solid with an excellent finish. Highly recommended.
