Authentic Black Soap from the Mother land.
I love this product. i have really sensitive and oily skin. I've been dealing with breakout acne on my forehead, around my mouth and jawline for the past 7 months. Sometimes, I am left with ugly dark spots I have tried OTC African black soap & based products and simply got tired of all the added artificial ingredients. This product here is the REAL DEAL & is straight from the motherland which is a bonus. Has a nice earthy smell. I use it every morning & a little goes a long way. So far my skin is clearing out. The dark spots are also beginning to fade. Will def be ordering more products from this company. +Awesome product.

Not for sensitive skin.
Nice soap but not good for sensitive skin. Gave me a rash on my face & burned on my lady parts.

This works really well.
This is the real deal people. It will clean your skin so therefore I suggest you purchase the shea butter also. I can only use this every other day or either every 3 days. It depends on how “oily” and “dirty” my face feels. I will order more when I run out. I have two daughters and a 3 year old granddaughter we all use this sparingly.

All Natural, A bit Oily
The Afrikinky authentic African Black soap comes in one giant one-pound bar. I weighed the bar, and verified that it did weigh 16 ounces. Unless you're washing an elephant, the bar is too big, so I got out the chef's knife, and cut it down to size. The bar is surprisingly soft and easy to cut. It's made of all-natural ingredients, including unrefined shea butter, cocoa pod, coconut oil, and water. It seems that the unrefined ingredients are hand-mixed and compacted on a flat piece of metal such as a cookie sheets, then hand-cut into one-pound blocks. The bottom is flat, the edges rounded, and the top is irregular. This soap lathers pretty well, and seems to clean well enough. It doesn't have much of a noticeable scent. The soap felt a little oily when washing my private parts. I'm a little concerned about the cleanliness of the soap production...how clean was the water, how careful was the preparation of the soap, and were any health standards followed? I did not have any rashes or break-outs after the first use. It feel oily, and didn't seem to strip any of my skin's oils away; it did not seem to moisturize much, either.

Authentic!
Great product! Great value too. There are many variations of black soap out there but this is just like the African one I’d used before. Used for hair and skin and I love the feel of both after use. Used conditioner for my hair afterwards. Will definitely buy again.
