Good cookie to have while watching your sugar intake
When watching your A1C there are cookies that you can enjoy! 2 with a cup of tea at night is satisfying a sweet tooth while still being in line with your sugar intake. They are delicious.

Ingredients - palm oil
I was so excited to try this. It didn’t disappoint tastes great but once package is open have to eat sooner it changes taste after a while. However none of this matters because it has palm oil. It is terrible for health and heart. I just don’t understand how brands that are supposed to be clean and healthy justify putting palm oil in their products. I would not get again unless the brand changes the ingredient.

My favorite cookie in all the land
I love these so much!! My daughter said they remind her of dog biscuits because they are kind of harder than the average cookie but she still loves them. They are not as sweet as a regular cookie, but still are sweet. They don't have a lot of extra junk in them, and while still a COOKIE and not a healthy item to eat, I would say it's marginally better than another type of processed cookie and it doesn't make me crave a thousand more like some sugarry products. I just love them.
