Stopped Charging After a Few Months – Hoping for a Replacement
I initially loved this scale—it was accurate, looked great, and synced well with my phone. However, after a few months, the USB charging stopped working completely. I tried different cables and adapters, but nothing helped. Now it won’t even power on, which is really disappointing for a product at this price point. I’m hoping to exchange this for a new unit that actually charges and continues working long-term. If the replacement holds up, I’d be happy to update this review.
