Green Mountain is one of the best coffees ever. Vermont, Columbia Select and Nantucket is my favorites. When using ground you will want to use half a scoop, unless you like the high energy. Me having fast heart rate have learned to just do half a scoop. I will keep buying Green Mountain coffees. Excellent coffee bean! I highly recommend you give it a try
