Large, juicy, uniformly sweet fruit
Perhaps the 3rd or 4th time I am purchasing this brand of pitted dates. I love the juicy, sweet fruit. Consistent flavor and freshness. Their size varies a bit, but usually large and a proper mouthful. Haven't come across a pit so far!

Try Them in Smoothies
These deglet dates are very good, and add sweetness to my smoothies. I also like medjool dates, but I'd rate deglet above medjool as far as texture and sweetness. Tip: If you use dates in your smoothies, but don't care for the little remaining pieces at the bottom of your glass, simply heat some water, then place your dates in the water for ten minutes, then drain. The dates will break up much better that way.
