Damaged Products and No Support
I ordered directly from Neoflam website. Two pans had cracked handles and scratches after just a few months of normal use, and another 2 items arrived broken right out of the box.I contacted Neoflam customer service many times, but either received no response or replies with no resolution or replacement offered. There is no customer service phone number, and email support is extremely poor—slow replies, if any, and no actual help provided.Neoflam's products are colorful and stylish, but the quality control and customer service are seriously lacking. If you have any issue, you’re on your own. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
