I'm not an expert on culinary lavender, but I thought this was great and I'm actually here to buy a second bottle. I made lavender syrup, as well as using the lavender in baths, teas, and various spell work, and it worked perfectly for everything I needed. The smell and taste are really strong, and the glass bottle is a lovely touch.

I love the scent. Mine will be used in sachets for drawers and to get rid of the musty smell of antique picture frames. The product is from China even though the packaging does not say so. I had to look it up on the internet. The use of French words and the word "highland" make it seem as if the lavender has been grown elsewhere. It says gluten free, but it does not say food grade. I will probably buy this again. Excellent packaging in glass cylinder in sturdy styrofoam box inside a cardboard box.

Not only does it add flavor to many cooked dishes, but it also adds a soft flavor to hot and cold tea. I do not use it for crafts or sachets, but it looks lovely just sitting on the counter.
