We used this bag for a 2 month stay in Europe. Held much more than traditional luggage and held up to baggage handlers no problem. Used the back pack straps to carry the bag about a mile from train station to our vacation residence. Came in handy not having to drag bag over rough terrain all that way. One precaution we did take which worked well was we wrapped and taped the loose ends of the side straps so they would not catch on airport baggage machinery. Very happy with our purchase

Great value, great design

Bag is a nice size and can hold plenty of stuff for a longer trip. Has wheels, but not an extendible handle which makes it very hard to maneuver. It was hard to keep this from tipping over or dragging on the ground when I tried to wheel it around. The wheels are basically useless. I would not recommend this style of bag if you’re looking for something that’s easy to move.

Not worth the purchase. There no internal support to stabilize the load, so it shifts with movement. Worse, because of defects in design, it's very hard to pull with any sizable load inside. There's no proper handle or lateral structure. Thus, it topples easily and cannot be pulled effectively. Rocks, teeters, falls. That often results in the bag being damaged by baggage handlers. It happened to me, as well as many others who posted reviews here and elsewhere. I have NEVER written a negative review, but this is a very poor product.

Sturdy and easy to maneuver. Recommend using packing cubes with it.

The U-shaped opening makes it easy to pack. The wheels make it easy to haul. Packs up small in its own case so it takes up very little space in your dorm room. I don’t know about longevity, but I have a few other other Eagle Creek bags and all of them have lasted a long time - and I didn’t wanna risk checking in a cheap or plastic duffel with an airline.

Very nice and durable design and material.

The bag size and capacity are great. But there is no extendable handle for the wheels making it hard to maneuver with the wheels. Additionally we took this bag which on one 10 day trip and came back with already a hole through the material. The quality is not worth the price you pay for it.

Rien à dire au sujet du vendeur qui a parfaitement fait le job. Par contre la conception du sac est scandaleuse au regard du prix payé. En effet, un simple voyage France / Malaisie aller, et déjà un trou au fond du sac. C’est hallucinant !!! Et c’est prévisible car il n’y a aucune protection au fond du sac !!! J’ai fait le trajet maintes fois avec 4 sacs différents dont la plupart coutaient 70 € et c’est le seul qui est dans cet état. Malheureusement, je suis maintenant aux Philippines et ne pourrai faire valoir aucune forme de garantie. De toute façon c’est un problème de conception. Donc Eagle Creek c’est terminé pour moi…

Good sturdy travel bag

Yet to use the bag, I have the 90l duffel without wheels and it is great, looking forward to my travels in December to test this one out!
