I am in my 70s so need capsules, I have tried many over the years but these are by far the best. I was a bit worried about the after-effects that are mentioned on here but apart from a mild headache that didn't last long, they were really good for me. But you must drink a lot of water with the capsule and on an empty stomach. I would highly recommend these capsules. They are cheaper than some and last most of the day.

These didn’t suit me at all. I certainly felt more “awake”, even lightheaded, but after a couple of hours I started getting very mild pain across my chest. These 700mg capsules are quite a high dose, and there are on-packet warnings about not using if you suffer from any heart conditions or high blood pressure (which, while I’m far from an ideal specimen of health, as far as I know I don’t). I just couldn’t see any benefit(s) whatsoever when trying these.

Easy enough to swallow. Followed the advice and drank plenty of water and effects started to kick in within about 20 minutes. Certainly felt more awake, but also had a strange headache and lightheadedness which came and went throughout the evening, so put a dampener on things, but this completely disappeared within a few hours, but effects were still evident elsewhere (if you catch my drift and not in my head) - so I guess it's a result? Maybe try something less powerful?

These green capsules are easy to take. It says to take with plenty of water, which I did, so they are very easy to take and have no taste and certainly no after taste. Each time, I took them before a 1-hour swim, so I could both assess and measure any performance enhancement. On balance I did feel that I had good sessions when I took them and found it easier to turn on the power when I wanted to. Even though I felt stronger and more energetic, they did not give a free ride, I still had to put the effort in, but there did seem to be more in the tank to give, if I really wanted to.Being able to put more in during a training session is one thing, which was fun. However, the real improvement comes through your recovery, which you tend to feel more, but do get more out and do feel better afterwards, in terms of strength and fitness.Is it worth it for the cost, £2.50 per capsule? You could argue that I could get the same effect t by just trying harder. However, I have tried, and I can’t. So, this gives me something I could not otherwise achieve.
