Love these scrapers. The small rounded end is perfect for getting the bread dough out of my KitchenAid mixing bowl. The colors are pretty and the scrapers are nicely thick yet somewhat flexible too. The texture is grippy and feels nicer in the hand than the cheap plastic ones. I’m glad I chose this brand as they’re durable and well worth the money.

Great for doughs of many kinds—I have used for sourdough breads, dinner rolls, chocolate chip cookies. Dough releases quickly & bowl is easier to clean. The size is excellent— much better than smaller plastic dough scrapers. Highly recommended.

In all candor, I was curious about what these would be like when they arrived. Silicone covered steel? Really? Yes, really, and they work and they're sturdy. The steel gives the dough scrapers strength and weight: they don't bend, even with stiff bread dough. The edges, though, about 1/8" all the way around, do bend just enough to clean the inside of a bowl thoroughly, even with stiff bread dough. The curved part of the dough scraper is progressively varied so you can turn it to find a curve that will match the curve of whatever bowl you're using. I'm not keen on the colors, though, but they look better in person than in the photograph. Nevertheless, the value of a tool is how well it works and not in how it looks.

I switched out my plastic bowl scraper with this silicone scraper. It’s sturdy & does the job but doesn’t get the bowl quite as clean as the plastic scraper. Easy to clean & no plastic residue in my loaves.

I bought these as Christmas gifts for gift bags. Everyone can use an extra dough scraper. It can be used for more than just making breads/desserts. You can use it to scrape crumps from the counter while meal prepping. It is made of silicone rather than some which are made of plastic. One side is curved to use in a bowl, and the other side is straight. The quality, size, thickness and hand fit are very good. I would recommend these scrapers.

This fits in my hand comfortably and lets me "feel" the bread dough I'm mixing even though it is nice & rigid. It's large enough to make the mixing go very quickly. And, if I'm making a double loaf it easily cuts the dough in half with no more than 2 slices. It cleans up beautifully - I'm sure it will last a long time. I am taking this to my next sourdough class to show it to everyone - I would definitely recommend it - it's a great little device.

I wish I had learned about these scrapers years ago. I use them for my sourdough but they are handy for any bowl cleaning. Work better at cleaning than a spatula.

Very nice quality scrapers and the price was very good for them. They’re nice and thick and durable and a size and shape is just right for my KitchenAid stand mixer or for the Bosch mixer.

Great to use for mixing dough and especially important if you get into rye doughs as they work well with high hydration. These scrapers are a bit cheap for the internal construction and tend to have a slight permanent warp after applying pressure to them, but not a big deal. A must get also if you use them for dough on a silicone mat.
